Conveniences
The prayers, conducted with Hebrew/English/Russian prayer-books, are lively, engaging and inclusive – spiced with inspiring tunes and insightful explanations throughout allowing all to absorb the experience at their own level. Sermons and announcements likewise speak to all participants and are always topical, relevant, stimulating and enlightening.
Everyone’s invited to join our traditional services blended with contemporary messages in a friendly atmosphere! Services with JRLC of South Beach are designed to make everyone feel welcome and at home. No knowledge of Hebrew or Jewish tradition is necessary. Membership/affiliation is also not required.
We will have armed security during all services besides the boardwalk Tashlich. And the NYPD does patrol our center including the boardwalk during services.
Additional info
Kids are welcome to join, but we will not have a kid’s program. Parents are responsible for watching their kids at all times (there will be a room kids can be in with adult supervision only!).
We have a new system where you will be able to choose your seats for Yom Kippur! Since this is a new system, we are available to help you with any questions at any time and we thank you in advance for your patience during the process.
On October 3rd at 5:30 PM, we will hold an outdoor Shofar with Tashlich at the South Beach boardwalk by the dolphins (Sand Ln and Father Cappodano). This event is free of charge and there is no need to registrate yourself for it.
We will accept reservations for Rosh Hashanah until September 30th at 10:00 PM and for Yom Kippur until October 8th at 8:00 PM (or until we get full).
